ADAPTATION FOR OUR TENANTS IS IN OUR DNA
FB planned MCS Building thoroughly to be Ponce's most modern and magnificent office building. To house our federal government tenants. MCS Building hosts, among others, Homeland Security, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the Social Security Administration. The standard requirements for these are specific, abundant and include features to protect information. As examples, we had to construct an additional elevator, and conform with LEED standards.
Our expertise and customer-driven culture permitted us to comply while preserving the essence of real estate.
YOUR VISION IS OUR FOCUS
Federal program, Head Start, wanted to consolidate several independent centers and they needed a facility with ample parking area. Also, they required to work under a new program called Kids. FB identified and acquired a property perfect for the new center. Then designed and remodeled the structure complying with Head Start's parameters and the local's vision, objectives and financial criteria. The process resulted in a building that is the first of it's kind in Puerto Rico. Our 19,500 sq/ft. Head Start center is remarkable, striking... and perfect for the kids.
